We are seeking multiple enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives. As part of the picking and packing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. This is a full-time position offering stability and a great opportunity to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements.
- Ensuring items are packed securely and in line with company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management as required.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing, lifting, and moving items.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
